In my early teens, my friend Johnny and I would rent videogames from our local Blockbuster store. We would rush home and while Johnny would scramble to insert the game, I would be picking up the game's manual and settling in for a good read. Why? Because I wanted to know everything about how the game worked before even touching the controller.
Johnny would fire up the game, giving me some confused side-eye, and rush headfirst into the opening challenges, but I was in my element… I'd absorb the whole manual in a heartbeat and then wait for Johnny's character to die. What makes you different from other Systems Consultants?
I bring a unique blend of deep technical knowledge and real-world business experience to every project:
- Studio and agency insider. 3 years as a developer at Stormfors, a web dev agency, then co-founded Automato, an automation agency. I've run the handovers, scope changes and status meetings myself.
- Notion agency experience. A year at Notion State delivering for enterprise clients, plus consulting and YouTube content with PremiumOps. Two of the biggest Notion agencies around.
- Systems exposure. Since 2017, I've worked as a software and operations engineer for large companies ranging from 500 to 5,000 employees, including SkyBet, XING, and Flashtalking.
- Business experience. I founded my first startup in 2021 and co-founded another in 2023, giving me firsthand insight into the role of systems in business.

Do you only use Notion?
Short answer, no. Notion is one of my core tools because it's a powerful, flexible platform for how studios and agencies deliver work, but it's far from the only system I use. I'm comfortable with everything from NoCode platforms to fully custom-coded solutions, whether it's automations, AI, or more specialized tools, I have the technical skill set to build or connect them seamlessly.
I want to use Notion but I've heard there's a learning curve…
It's true that Notion comes with its own logic and structure, like any new platform, but it's not as overwhelming as it might seem. The trick is to set it up so that you and your team interact with a simplified, intuitive workspace rather than a messy, “wild west” environment. So yes, there's a learning curve, but with a well-structured setup and a bit of guidance, you'll be up and running far more quickly than you might expect, and you'll be equipped to scale your Notion workspace as your needs evolve.
What does your onboarding process look like?
It starts with a free call and runs through the Blueprint Session into your build:
- Discovery call. A free call to see whether your studio or agency is a fit.
- Blueprint Session. A 90-minute working session with you and your ops/PM lead, plus short 1:1s with key team members that week.
- Build plan. On Friday you get a prioritized sprintboard with a time estimate on every item. You keep it whether we continue or not.
- Build kickoff. If we continue, the sprintboard becomes the plan for the build that fits. Co-Design Lab if you want to build it yourself with me beside you. The Sprint if you want it built for you. Connected Studio if the main job is integrations and AI agents.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project is complete?
Yes. The Adoption Window covers the 3 months after a build, so the system is still in use on day 90:

- Mapping & Cleanup. I create a clear mapping between your existing data and the new system's structures, and tidy up outdated or duplicated records along the way.
- Automated/Assisted Transfer. I use automated scripts or tools where possible, with manual review checkpoints for critical data.
- Validation & Testing. I perform checks to confirm everything's in the right place and works as expected, and you get to test it too.
